There are many variants of poker, but they all share some common aspects. One is that a player must contribute money to the pot (the pool of bets) before each hand is dealt. This contribution, called an ante or blind, levels the playing field and adds to the thrill of the game.<\/p>\n

Then you can use that information to make the right decisions at the right time.
